A good quality sweat belt. It does what it is meant to, stays well fastened once it is put on. I have found it a bit firm when using it initially, so is slightly annoying when running but i think this will soften a bit after a couple of uses.

From what I can glean, this item pulls in the stomach, and therefore just through this one act supports the strengthening of the core and helps lose weight. It works as described, quite comfortable and supportive. Easy to use. Not sure of long term efficacy but decent product.
