Wrong Promo
As someone else has said, my Sprigatito box came with the wrong Promo card (Quaxly). The other two boxes were fine, and everything else was as expected but a bit of a letdown to not have the promo card for my starter.

Why have scarlet and violet box promo and holo cards but have sword and shield packs, why have 2 different I wanted scarlet and violet packs. Don’t recommend if you want scarlet and violet packs best thing in the pack is the 3 cards at the front

Quaxly promo
Mine came with the duck not Sprigatito promo card, seems to be a widespread issue in UK judging by discussions online and ebay listings. Rest of box is great, just be warned.

Damaged box
What is it with Pokemon cards and the boxes arriving in poor condition. I would have like to keep it unopened as it comes with the badge of the new starter. As the box is no good I did open all the packs and got lucky with one or two cards.I bought all 3 of these boxes and all of the came with the same massive card. Odds are one of them should have come with the other one.Review is based on the condition of the box as it does say the massive card is random.
