I really like this collar, I only need the beep.
This collar works great for my dog, I only had to vibrate her a few times after she tried to ignore the beep.We live on a farm so she is an outside dog, but she's still young and likes to get herself into places and things we would rather her not. Now it's a quick beep and she comes straight back home. We removed the metal studs as she doesn't need the shock. And I'm afraid I'll accidentally zap her. I only really need it once or twice a week, for example when she is annoying the cats or getting into the septic field that we need to get fenced off.My only issue is that it keeps turning itself off. I wish there was a way to avoid this, even when fully charged I have to make sure it's on every morning, and often it's shut off again later that afternoon.Otherwise, this is a great collar.. maybe just a bit more work for a young farm guardian dog.I would recommend it.

Brutally honest review. READ BEFORE BUYING
It’s a decent collar for the price.(got mine on sale and coupon). But there’s a few caveats a few things that just suck. The remote has no clip or storage so you have to hold it or put in your pocket. That’s not terrible but can become annoying. Remote turns off after 30 seconds but will come back on if shock is used. If not button must be pressed. Now for the bad. My box didn’t come with a Manual but it did come with Papers in a foreign language. No user instructions. It’s pretty self explanatory but there’s a switch on the side that will change the (mode?) to 1or2. When I have the remote on 2 it does nothing. I have assumed this to have something to do with the collar itself and the button but I have yet to figure that out. I have read reviews of it shocking on its own and that has not happened to my dobie in the almost 1 year of use. Durability is not great on the collar. Some piece of plastic on the strap part broke so it kind of hangs (as seen in photo). I have also read reviews that the shock doesn’t always work or never does. I’ve not had this issue with Brutus as far as I know. Lastly the levels are pretty good I’ve tested 1-16 myself and I’ve not gone that high on my boy It zaps pretty good but also the beep is just enough that they can hear even when barking or playing. It’s got a strong vibrate but I don’t use it as it makes my dobie go nuts. It charges well and stayed charged for a while even under heavy use. I got the green to stand out from his black coat and I like it.

Works AMAZING!
I tried and sent back SO many different collars for my pooch. This one was without a doubt the best one. It works super well, fits well, and is not painful for my dog.

Believe It - Better Than Auto Vibrate & Shock Collars
We bought 4 collars before this one and this one is truly the best. I very much doubted this collar but felt out of options. The previous collars we bought were AUTO beep, vibrate, and shock. Even though not related all these designs are flawed because they are based on non-adjustable timed sequences. Well stubborn little barkers get used to this and know they have maybe 30 seconds or even 90 seconds of putting up with a beep or a vibrate (during non-stop barking fits) before the most undesirable shock occurs. These auto collars do not solve the problem! Just delay it and test the resilience of a dog.Pros (ranked in order)• Stop detesting your wife’s dog• More peace in the house• Unbelievable! This dog fears the control and our actions of pressing buttons more than auto collars that actually went through all the sequences???• It’s true, little barker knows we hold the power and he wants to listen when we are in charge of the control and the buttons vs auto triggering• I have rarely even had to used the vibration button and it’s only been for him jumping up all crazy when we return from errands as he is a Velcro dog who gets excited from separation anxiety• Good remote to collar ranges from the distance of our yard reaching little barker when barking at all creation repeatedly• Used to stink face at him going outside with us and now it’s made it enjoyable again• Battery life seems good on longevityCons• Charger cord is not a universal design so have to endure the test of time and see how to get a replacement and that cost• I checked Bousnic website and looks like a warranty can be filled out so I’ll do that nextRecommendations• I did try to test out the shock when appropriate and didn’t see that result on the lowest setting• I read more on materials with the remote and agree to recommend if you have a dog who will not respond to the controller beeps or vibration, then yes consider shaving that area of the neck down closer to their skin• The shock will not typically work unless able to contact areas of the dog’s actual skin• A cheap beard trimmer after some scissor used to cut down longer hair will do the trick• Then weekly maintenance from there with a beard trimmer or actual animal cutters but I don’t see a need to buy those• Just be careful on your buddy and go slow to avoid any issues
