The media could not be loaded. I bought this PTZ model to enhance my existing Hiseeu NVR system. The quality is very good with a very sharp picture.Response times from activation to alert and viewing is almost instant.I found that with some other makes, the time lag was a real issue. However all my Hiseeu cameras respond without delay.The power lead is a generous 1.5metres, however for my install a longer run was needed, I bought a 10m Hiseeu extension lead which is perfect for the job.Like all cameras of this type you can make the installation so easy if you use a junction box, that way you only have a small power cable to feed through.An important note for anyone adding this camera to their NVR, there is no need to use your phone to link camera to WiFi, simply place camera close to NVR before installation, search for new camera, job done.I didn’t do that and caused myself a headache.Luckily Vicky from Hiseeu support worked out what I had done wrong and very quickly had my system up and running.It’s worth mentioning that good support is important, this was the second time I needed technical help, on both occasions the support was fast and successful. (Both times it was user error!)

The media could not be loaded. I brought this camera to enhance the security of our home. Camera was quick to setup and adds to existing Wi-Fi cameras. Picture quality is great and adequate when playback video. Night vision is also good, have to change detection as small animals frequently set camera off. This camera doesn’t have stick up antennas but no problems with signal. I would recommend this camera if you’re looking for one to help protect your home. Picture quality is so good and clear.

Really good camera

I have bought over ten security cameras, over the last six years , covering home business and my ailing mother,Quality wise very similar, like all made in the same factory, the oldest being EZVIZ, the oldest and still working, but won’t connect to my new phone, an apple , previous an android,As each camera failed ,I took them apart , iam a heating engineer,so I pride myself in finding solutions,Most cameras fail because of moisture, verdigris , (a green corrosion that a appears on wiring connections when moisture is present)The decision is all about soft ware , your camera won’t last more than three years , outside,I recently bought a Hiseeu 5mp security camera , this review, it wouldn’t accept a memory card , so returned, the software was good , photo quality very good , if you buy, buy a memory card , don’t pay for for cloud , I am suspicious, that memory card failure was a a ruse to buy their cloud storageJust a consideration, iam an an oap ,

This is a failure company please do not buy anything that is of this company,, their products don't work it only gives u stress customer service is very very very poor if u buy this trust me ur house is in danger

After few months using cameras,I am disappointed.Camera is very sensitive,even in low sensitive.Camera pick up everything even moving shadow,and when you watching records,there is no human detection.Normaly cameras show exactly human detection movement,but Hiseeu cameras does not show any humans detection.If need to find human in record,than is will be long time to find.And worst you can not upgrade cameras in onlaine,but it is possible only for some people maybe who have warranty.
