Great Conference Speaker
The Konftel conference speaker is a really great product, very happy with it.I have it as part of my work from home set-up.1) Connected via the blue-tooth button on the speaker to say my phone2) connected via the USB lead to my docking station, this enables the speaker to be used during audio conferences/telephone calls, (I use webex)The quality is really good, you don't need to speak to the speaker directly, to be heard, the microphone is very good.

Good bit of kit for a small space
Bought this to use in a meeting, the idea is great and it would work well in a small room but unfortunately didn’t really work in a really big room

Excelent
For years I've only ever used a mobile phone for outgoing calls, so thinking I really ought to get with it, I committed to a contract for a VOIP system only to terminate it after a couple of months because of its awful sound quality and echo that required me to return the call on my iPhone and causing mild tinnitus. I thought a speakerphone was the solution. Having searched on Amazon, I found this Ego device. Despite the well-written set-up instructions online, I have only just worked out how to pair it to my iPhone. No mention of where to place the iPhone (angle, etc) and tap the name of the device to save it. I have a digital landline so I called my mobile and spoke to myself. Wonderful. Experimenting with listening to music (on YouTube, empty stadium, Emerson Lake & Palmer, Fanfare for the Common Man), unable to reduce the volume on the device and the iMac, I realised the culprit was the volume on the iPhone. Finally, all okay and now very much looking forward to someone calling me and my being able to converse without having to hold the iPhone next to my ear or work out how to use the loudspeaker without cutting off the caller.

Stopped working after a few months. Now won't connect to anything
Worked fine for a few months, now will not connect to any laptop. Have tried on 4 different laptops. Don't buy, easily develops fault.

Fantastic microphone range for that size
I had a Jabra 510 before which got lost. After recommendations I bought this Konftel instead and it was the right decision. It is about the same size and as easy to use, but specifically the microphone range is so much better. We have a lot of Skype meetings and we had some meetings with 10 and more persons round a big, rectangular conference table and there was no problem for either us onside or the persons on Skype to hear and be heard.I can even agree that the sound quality when using it as a Bluetooth speaker for Spotify is good.A nice softcase is included to protect the Konftel and my is travelling a lot.

High quality
Had been using this for Teams and Zoom calls for nearly a year. Clear and loud audio. Microphone picks up voice well and filters out background noise. Connects smoothly on usb and bluetooth.

Not bad
Nice nifty little gadget, only issue is that you can not always turn the microphone on/off.
