Not as cheap as recycled cartridges but excellent quality and 100% compatible.

High quality item but my review is to thank and praise Atomic Trading who provided it. In the face of various difficulties they have constantly provided updates and gone beyond what might be expected in ensuring the order arrived.

When I upgraded to a new printer I gave the old one to my mother-in-law ... what are you going to do. The problem is, of course, that you then become the help desk for all of your mother-in-law's computing questions. Luckily for me I've already convinced her that she will get better answers from her own daughter rather than me. (She is of a generation where she thinks she needs to ask a man about such things when her own daughter is an expert in such things!)

No hassle service and Item worked to specification.

Black toner is perfect. It arrived on time, to Pass My Parcel pickup place so I was not needed to sit at home and to wait delivery. The quality is brilliant, price-good. I prefer to use genuine toner as my printer not old.

Although cheaper toners are available, I always recommend buying genuine toner. The cartridge was bought for a 15 year old HP Color LaserJet CP1215. The print quality is excellent, as you'd expect with HP, even on this old machine.

When this item was delivered it was not in its original packaging - the box was missing. When I pay for an original HP cartridge I expect to receive it in all its original packaging, firstly to ensure that it is what it claims to be and secondly because the box is required to send the spent cartridge to HP for recycling. Not good enough!

What can I say? Quality HP product, fitted and works fine. I have long ago worked out that remanufactured units tend to be poor, its just the price that attracts you. I prefer to buy original HP catridges and when they run out refill them myself - you can do this 3 times or so before they start causing problems. I use [...]

I tried the third party cheap color toner cartridges for my HP Laser printer and was always disappointed. With the cheap ones I was seeing colored lines on my printouts, powder in the printer, and crooked little electrical contacts that didn't work. I have not had any problems with these HP cartridges since I switched to using them. Yes they are more expensive but in this case, you get what you pay for, and these are worth it.
