Great for home made baking powder plus more.
So useful for a variety of things,in cooking.Googling brings up a variety of interesting & diverse uses. I'm looking forward to trying some.Compared to the sachets that seem to have replaced the tubs,in the UK,which are all more costly for small quantities,makes this very good value.Bought the smaller pack to test.I use 2 tsp. of this + 1 tsp. of Sodium of bicarbonate,mix well=baking powder.Store it in a dry tub,with a tight lid I usually label the pot as do not reliably remember which way round,when needing to mix more in the middle of cooking,plus the use by date,& what brand.Did try to buy organic.After making a few enquiries,& searching, it all seems to be chemical crystals grown from wine residue (wine lees), with no way of tracing if organic or not.Could possibly have traces of yeast,( for the yeast sensitive).Thankfully I'm not.

It's a bit odd being asked to review a bag of cream of tartar. As far as I can tell, the cordial I have made using the cream of tartar, has turned out well, so it must have done the job. I will buy a bigger bag next time though,as the postage made it quite an expensive way to buy this item. Delivery was quick and the packet was well wrapped.

Value for money
Excellent value for money. Having tried several known supermarkets for cream of tartar the small amount their packaging was insufficient for my use. (Making play dough), however, the larger quantity in this package proved good value for money. However, the packaging was a little messy and I found transferring it to a container easier for use.

Needed for cake decoration.
Having purchased goods from this vendor before I wasn't surprised by the quick delivery and the quality of the product. Very happy. Needed this to make 'sugar glass' for a Frozen cake for my daughters 4th birthday.

what can you say about a bag of cream of Tartar, I got it to make play dough, and its fine works out cheaper than buying the stupid sachets that is all you can buy in the supermarket
