I bought this because I suffer from sciatica in the hope it may help. I have used it now for a week and I am very pleased with the effect it has had on my back. I wake up less in the night and have found my back is much better now. It is a very good quality pillow and very comfortable to use, fits perfectly between my legs and when I turn at night it just goes with me.I recommend this product, it is definitely worth trying.

This pillow is A+, well made and does the job :-) I suffer with painful hips and knees, especially at night, and this pillow aligns me perfectly and keeps my knees slightly apart (I am female, 5ft 10, 10st 11lb). I have only been using for 3 nights so far and its made such a big difference, sleeping so much better and my pain has reduced significantly. You can easily turn over without losing the pillow and it does not make me feel too hot. I had previously purchased a cheaper pillow on eBay which was rubbish and was as useful as a chocolate teapot plus it smelt awful!! definitely worth paying a bit more for a quality product. Nice and compact so not too restrictive when turning over in bed. I found the material used for the cover wasn't very comfortable as it made the pillow feel too hot but I've solved this by using a cotton pillow case, Overall a very good product that has helped reduce my back pain

The pillow arrived in a handy protective storage bag. The cover is washable which is very practical. It is comfortable and easy to use, a good shape, and helps me to sleep more comfortably on my side. It stays in place when I turn over without the need for annoying straps. My osteopath had recommended I use a support pillow for my lower back, and this seems to do the trick. After using it for a couple of weeks I can say I am pleased with the pillow and would recommend it.

This was a good separator for my hips and knees, but I found the angle it put my calves and ankles at as a result quite uncomfortable. I bought this to help with the pain I get as a result of being hypermobile but unfortunately it's not useable for the whole night because of the problem with the lower leg angle. Very good for hip pain though.

I purchased this for my dad who has a prolapsed disk and requires support to sit and sleep. From his first use he has praised the pillow. He has got a decent, less painful sleep from using it. It has really helped him and he cannot sleep without it now. It is a quality piece of product, the foam is very spongey and soft and bounces back very quick. And the quilted cover is very nice too.

Having used this product now for the last 2-3 weeks I feel I must comment on how pleased I am with it. Prior to using the knee pillow I had been using an ordinary head pillow, this does the job but is somewhat cumbersome and awkward to use. The knee pillow is the perfect size and very comfortable, the curved design helps it to stay in place while sleeping. The outer cover is detachable for washing and there is a protective bag for storage. I don't know if you can purchase a spare cover for when the original is washed, but it would be a good idea if possible. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase and can highly recommend this product.

I use this pillow every night and it really helps with supporting the knee/hip during pregnancy. It is firm, supportive, and shaped well. It arrived in a protective case that can be, and has been, used for travelling with it. I would give this pillow 5 stars if it was a little longer, so it could be used between the calves without the ankle flopping.
