Excellent Support for High Arches
I have suffered from the painful condition of plantar fasciitis and these provide excellent support to prevent it. They fit in most boots without any undue concerns. However in dress shoes they do raise the heel somewhat and depending on the shoe can take the heel of the foot beyond the heel cup so that the shoe does not fit properly. Nevertheless they are the best arch supports I have been able to find for dress shoes. I have noted that they do work better if the boot/shoe is half a size bigger than what you would normally wear as they do increase the size by about half a UK size. If these don't work then the other option is to use the inexpensive stick on silicon gel arch supports which take up no space within the shoe although they don't always stick properly and of course not practicable to be moved from shoe to shoe unlike these.. Overall they do work and are very comfortable.

Typical Superfeet support and comfort.
Great pair of footbeds. Typical support and comfort you expect from Superfeet. They are a similar profile and fit to Superfeet Blue footbeds.I put mine into a pair for Zamberlan Venice GW's, the comfort and fit have improved massively.

The Best.
This is my second pair of the 3/4 superfeet insoles. These are sturdy and do the job really well. So well in fact that I have real problems if I don't have them in my shoes - hence the need for a backup pair in case I forget to move them! I was having all sorts of muscular and knee and back issues prior to using these, and although they certainly do not represent a cure, they are very preventative in terms of these sorts of issues, particularly when walking longer distances or being on feet all day. I have the full length ones in my trainers, walking boots etc and in terms of durability - although not used anything as much as work shoes - they are around 20 years old. Gulp! Expensive but quality items

Great for anyone who wears nice shoes or boots regularly
Made especially for 'dress' shoes (any normal close fitting leather shoe or boot without a contoured inner), these insoles cater particularly well for heel and arch stability. They fit will in both shoes and boots and despite being a bit thicker than you might imagine are perfect for improving the fit especially if you have a narrow heel like me.Whilst they fit in several very well made pairs of shoes and boots that I have, they do increase your heel height by a cm or so and reduce the volume around the central part of your foot. Unless you have really wide feet the shoes will easily accommodate it. Don't be surprised if your calves and shins ache for the first few days as the new foot position will work the muscles that look after your fine balance differently but it passes as you get used to them.Overall, a great product and well worth the money.

Brilliant
I have just bought a second pair after owning the first pair for a couple of years, they’re still going strong, but I was getting frustrated with having to swap them between shoes. As a runner and having suffered from Achilles Tendinitis and Plantar Fasciitis I decided that I should wear insoles in my daily shoes and walking boots which is what these ones are for. (For running I use different ones which are full length). I’ve got to say that they make a massive difference and played a big part in getting me back into running consistently and stopping all the pains.Definitely recommend them

If everyone knew these help with posture
Snug fit inside trainers. Keeps foot from going over to the side. This in turn helps with posture. A small price to pay after, professional advice from the chiropractic.

If you want insoles, buy these
Excellent quality, great arch support and value for money, no 'squish' like other brands and actually work perfectly to relieve pain. I am UK size 8 and they fit fine.

Good insert but poor fit
I can see that these are a good product but I do not have wide feet at all especially in the heel area but the insert does not stay in place and even more so when trying to put your foot into the shoe. If the insert was slightly wider or the retention system was more robust then insert would stay innplace. Sadly it does neither!
