Great in the wet!
Ideal folder for keeping your paperwork dry in wet conditions. Hood pops up as soon as you open the velcro restraint. On the rear side of the base, there is a second clip for holding your notes if you wish to use it without the hood open.My only negative comment is the vinyl is textured and if you only have a couple of sheets on the pad it comes through as you write.
