Comfortable
It was very easy to assemble and looks good. I like the fabric upholstery ,warmer and unlikely to perish over time as plastic tends to do. I wanted an office chair and for the price this is excellent. The footrest is not very useful ,it is much too short but of no concern to me as it is used at a desk

Great home office chair
This is a great chair and quite comfy - was easy to put together and feels really sturdy - I went for the brushed velvet type cover and it gives the chair a lush finish to it - I’m 5ft 3 the chair feels big for my frame and I love it - the foot rest is good but I feel it wouldn’t last long if ur wearing boots etc every-time you use it or wouldn’t be any good as a footrest if ur long in the legOverall for the money I’m really happy with the purchase

good value for money. issues with assembly instructions
TLDR - its better quality than expected. generally easy to put together if you ignore the last parts of the instructions. much shorter length seat area than expected (measured from the back but misleading in images). not as squishy as I think I wanted it to be.After deliberating for 2 years, after having to return a chair which lied about reclining and I'd previously spent 2 years agonising over buying that one - and it was a nightmare to return - I finally bought this to replace the old uncomfortable and broken second hand chair I've been using for 15 years! It was a punt honestly and it was cheap in comparison to the £300 ones I've been looking at. Whats the worst that could happen? have a temporary improvement until I find 'the one'? anyway, I like it for now.Pros:-its pretty in my room,-its the right sort of proportions for me (not too big) except the lack of length in the seat, which I would have preferred to be 50cm as I bought this thinking it would be, but the way they measured it was from the furthest back part rather than just the part you sit on.-its firmer than I expected, but not hard, and will probably last longer as a result.-IT ACTUALLY RECLINES!! and nicely as well. the levers work quite well and its a gentle motion. and the leg rest is better than I expected.the lumbar support is actually good - I usually hate them as they stick out too far, but this one is goldilocks.-the instructions are just awful. and wrong. fitting the T bar - I spent 20 minutes losing my mind trying to make it go together as it shows in the diagram. but it wouldn't and I just couldn't believe it was right so I tried it the other way (opposite to depiction) and that turned out to be the right way. all in all, this was really easy to put together apart from this issue.-However, there is an additional design flaw which could have been avoided by having a different order from the instructions. attaching the mechanism after having attached the back to the base would mean that the second velvet flap could be neatly attached, instead of having to bunch it up around the mechanism.-Its not possible to tilt the seat at all.-the arm rests are too high for my liking. and I can't get as close to my desk as I would like. I am hoping I can adjust to this.I also used different wheels to the ones it came with, just from experience I bought nice wheels as these massively improve any chair.

Not fit for purpose.
Relatively comfortable, reclining is fine, but the arm rests wobble no matter how much you tighten the screws, the holes were not correctly aligned so putting it together was very taxing, the footrest isn't at all fit for purpose as it extends to sit below the knees, and the frame of the extender noticably bends/strains when you rest your legs on it, and the seat gradually sinks when I sit in it (I'm 15 stone which is a little overweight for my height, but probably lower than average for someone who uses their home computer 8 hours a day). To advertise it as "heavy duty" is just a barefaced lie.I bought this as a stop-gap while I'm having an extension built, and I plan to spend considerably more money on my main office chair and this will be a second one. For £70 I wasn't expecting a world-beater but this is a very poor product and I don't expect it to still be usable by the time my extension is finished. Avoid.

Not as Plushy as it Looks
I was really looking forward to this chair, after looking on Amazon for quite a while for a good one. I finally settled on this.First off, you need to know that it isn't very big. If you are a larger person, you may struggle to fit in this chair. I am very skinny and it's just about good enough for me.Also, it isn't as padded and plushy as the images suggest. It's fine, I guess. But I have had to revert to my old cushion as the seat is hard. The back is OK, and to be honest, it feels better than my old chair when I am typing. I am a professional writer, and comfort is a big deal since I spend around 8 hours per day at my desk.Small gripes aside, I have noticed that this chair is very good at keeping my back upright and in an optimal position for working at a desk. Also, the additional foot rest is a great thing to have for changing up your position a little, and with the recliner, feels quite nice when taking a break.Although it isn't expensive, the chair does look very nice, and looks more expensive than it is. The leather is exactly as pictured, and the arm rests offer excellent support. All in all, it's a good chair, but I would recommend saving for a while and getting something like a Lazy Boy if padding is what you are after.

Worth every penny!!!
Incredibly comfortable and sturdy, everything is adjustable except the armrests which are padded. An office chair that reclines, what’s not to like about that? The seat is comfortable with a decent amount of padding, the back support is very good indeed. I am very pleased with this chair.

Very comfortable!
Assembly took me around 40 mins, no issues and clear instructions, the chair is very comfortable even after a few hours, the height and backrest adjustment is smooth in operation. the chair has a solid quality feel, I'm very happy with my purchase, oh it looks great in the grey colour!

Hydrolics don't work.
It's comfy enough but it CONSTANTLY goes down. It's so frustrating when you're on a video call and you start in view... end up at the bottom. Then you have to mess around and look a wally when you have to pull it back up every 2 mins. I'm WELL within the weight capacity, I don't jump on it and it is put together properly. Waste of money.
