Like title, you take enough and it does eliminate waste from the stomach. For a person who struggles with eliminating waste I do like that I can get rid of something, and I do feel less bloated having taken it, however, I worry about that it’s usually watery. I don’t understand that cause I am eating solid food. I’m I getting rid of mostly water/liquid? Is that good for me? Somebody said that it’s not a problem because it’s just what the product does to turn harder waste into liquid but I’m still skeptical. The dosage that works for me is usually 5/6 tablets but I find it was best to take it at least 2 hours before bed. In general, I like to keep a bottle in the house. But it is expensive. When I was using it regularly I only took it once a week on a Friday night.

The only active ingredient in these tablets is Magnesium Oxide which can be found in the cheapest of magnesium supplements that cost less than a 5th of this product. I find this a little misleading as these seem to be simple magnesium supplements with a bunch of marketing around them to help justify the higher price. I haven't found any difference in using them as opposed to using regular supplements.

I ordered these for my husband.I will give a spoiler alert as I’m going to be talking about poop and piles.Suffering form very hard impacted poop for years he has developed piles which is painful and embarrassing. Because it’s painful he’s less likely to want to go so round and round he goes.He has suffered with stomach pain and wind and the horrible bloating feeling that leaves him drained.He spends ages on the loo poor thing.These capsules are a reasonable size although I’m sure he would’ve taken it whatever the size to be honest.They don’t mess with your flora and fauna but they do get rid of any nasties.They are, in my opinion, well made and although at first glance they look expensive they will last him for a few months.The most important part is that they’ve started to work. Get the flags out, and all other such phrases that I think might be inappropriate so I won’t go there!They are vegan friendly and do not contain any fillers and I feel certain that we can see the light at the end of the tunnel.I would definitely recommend them, and I hope you find my review helpful and not too much.

This is a really good product that uses Magnesium to cleanse your digestive system.In essence the Magnesium releases oxygen to loosen impacted waste and cleanse the entire digestive tract.If you are taking the recommended dosage of 1 capsule then this is gentle. It can help with your occasional constipation and it is super helpful if you want to do a cleanse.What I like about this is there are no other harsh ingredients, it is mainly using the power of Magnesium to help you cleanse your system without a detrimental effect on your digestive system.If you are doing a cleanse then it is worth also looking up information on the manufacturers website, they have a UK and US website. UK requirements do not allow them to specify a higher dosage but you will see the exact same product in the US has different labelling in terms of the dosage where they say you can have up to 4. The reason for having more would be if you wanted a stronger cleanse but again I would say this is something to use with caution as some people are more sensitive to it than others.Overall this is a very high quality supplement and a great way to help with digestive issues and supporting with a gentle cleanse.
