Not quite odour free, but the smell is sweet and not very garlicky. As for what they do...i got them for the long term benefits and the long term has not happened yet :)

Bought this multiple times. Take 1 a day normally. Doesnt have a strong odour nor a strong taste.Natures best is a Reputable company, and this product has a decent strength.Is it said that such a supplement will benefit those with high blood pressure, and those with high cholesterol. I need to get blood work done to be able to see if it's making a difference but I take it preemptively.
