Not a nice tasting mousse

Excellent product! I would definitely buy again, my family loved it. Not a very strong chocolate flavour, very subtle but easy to enhance with more chocolate or use with fruit.

Easy to use once I had calculated amounts as I did not use the whole bag at once. Nice flavour.

Callebaut make what I consider to be the best white chocolate callets/drops/chips (call them what you want) that I have ever tasted, but this product, whilst tasting pretty much like their white chocolate (58% of it is chocolate), is advertised as a mousse. It isn't. Imagine whisking a bowlful of double cream to a stiff peak stage...would you call that a mousse? No you wouldn't. This looks exactly like whisked double cream. There's no airy texture to it at all - even the spoon on the front of the packet gives an impression of an airy texture. It's misleading.The instructions are simple. In a bowl, the 800g of powder is whisked with 1 litre of milk for 5 minutes. I used half the packet with half a litre of full fat milk. Then you stick the bowl in the fridge for a few hours. That's it.
