This book is very relatable. This is the first book Iv read all the way through and I will hold the ideas and perspectives it gave me for life!

Our journey on Planet Earth is not such a simple one. You don't get a map when you are born and there are many traps that can lead to internal personal suffering. Read this book to feel happier, let go of negative beliefs and enjoy life.

This is the 3rd book I've read by the same Author. Loved all of them. There's so much wisdom to be gained from reading this book. Life makes so much sense as we begin to view it truthfully

Every book appears at the right time for me and this was no exception. I see this as a workbook and manual I will refer back to time and time again. It was a pleasure to read. My personal preference would have been for more examples and anecdotes, but that is just my preferred way of helping stuff to sink in. I totally recommend this book.

Such a fantastic read, it really is life changing. Buy it you won't be disappointed, short enough to read over and over.

Great insights and truly transformative, in particular if you suffer from anxiety and co-dependency. I confess I’m still resistant to the entire Toltec vision, but it’s definitely deeply inspiring!
