Excellent! It took about an hour to put together, you will need 2 people, a drill, 5mm bit, various sockets or spanners and a tape measure. If you can follow the instructions for flat pack furniture then you'll have no problem putting this together. It is rather heavy to move once assembled and it also helps to be quite tall!The kids love it (8 & 3) They didn't get off it for the whole day when we put it up.The rope swing needs a knot tieing at the bottom otherwise it's a bit too smooth and soft to hold on to. It doesn't need to be set in concrete, if you have firm soil you can hammer the anchors in and then fix them to the legs. Ours is holding well after 2 weeks of heavy use!All in all it was a fantastic purchase. I would definitely recommend it.

Turned up in a couple of days in one delivery. Husband assembled pretty much by himself, I can out to move it into the correct space in the garden and attach the second set of legs. We anchored straight into the grass, no cement, and seems pretty sturdy at the moment. A little bit of wobble but the kids have both been on it for over an hour already and it's not lifting from the ground at all. Swings easy to adjust in height. Tied a knot into the rope to give them some grip. Would recommend and buy again!

Not a thing I don't like about this Brought for my 6 year old son and since its been up i cant get him off literally having to pull him off at dinner time and bed timewell worth the money Simple to assemble, strong wood and very sturdy once set into the ground plenty of years of fun to be had

Firstly I would like to make something clear about this review, it is not so much about the product, as after 2 deliveries of only 1 parts each time I cannot really comment on the product (although it seemed okay). This is actually about the failure of the manufacturer to twice send me the entire swing set and the courier company Arrow XL - who are quite possibly the worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.The manufacturer - I first ordered the swing set over 4 weeks ago. After 3 weeks the first delivery was arranged. On delivery one piece of wood arrived - the cross bar. Despite ArrowXL checking their truck, no, nothing else despatched. I then had to spend 3 days speaking with ArrowXL and Amazon to determine that another swing set needed to be despatched, BUT still had to return the 1 piece of wood for the reaplacement to be actioned. The return happened 2 days ago. The delivery of the replacement happened today, and yes, one piece of wood arrived, but this time a leg, so I have worked out at this rate, if I wait for 15 deliveries I might be able to build the swing. Quite how the manufacterer can send only one small part of the swing set each time is beyond me, but this is poor.ArrowXL - their customer service department took hours to get through to, when I eventually did it took me 3 hours to explain the problem and then I had to call back multiple times for them to understand what had happened. In all cases they blamed Amazon or the manufacturer - despite one of the drivers telling me he was sure the whole delivery was still in their warehouse. On today’s delivery of one piece of wood, the driver swore at me, walked off whilst I was speaking to him, and told me to ‘get over myself and deal with it’ or words to that effect!!So here I am, over 4 weeks after my original order, having taken 3 days off work (unpaid), having to take another one off to get the latest one piece of wood collected. Having spent an hour on the phone to Amazon this morning just to try and get my money back earlier than the collection so I can go elsewhere and purchase.My advice - unless you want to spend a month waiting around and still not have a swing set fo your kids, GO ELSEWHERE!!

Really pleased with this swing set, our children (2 &5) have been playing on it all summer.It was relatively easy to assemble, instructions were straightforward forward, needs 2 people and at least 1 of those has to be physically ableSwing height is adjustable so we have them on lowest setting, our 2 year old can get on himself.They love the ladder and rope too, good when they have friends over as less (I won't say no) arguments as they can all get on something.

This boxed item was literally dumped outside our front door after it had obviously been dragged across our gravel driveway; we were not even aware it had been delivered until we went out for a short walk.The box was damaged and when we opened and checked the parts, 2 of the metal brackets were badly scratched and the main centre beam pole was bentThis was a special gift to our Grand daughter to help with her boredom during this Covid Lockdown situationWe proceeded to erect the frame despite the twisted top timberUnfortunately one of the essential not and bolts was missingWe checked thoroughly the empty packaging and scoured our Front Drive but to no availWe have managed to erect the frame and will this week look in our local Hardware Stores to attempt to locate a suitable bolt and nutThe unit itself and the attachments seem as described and we are hoping that the twisted top beam will not cause any difficultiesSo, in short, a good children`s product but a very SHODDY SERVICE

We absolutely love this swing set... after it eventually arrived. We ordered in mid April, and didn’t receive till the end of May, and even then it was in 2 separate deliveries a week apart.The product itself is very easy to assemble, and aesthetically looks great on our lawn. The attachments to change the swing / ladder etc are super quick and easy. Our daughters love it!
