Red banana X3 - Exotic fruit - Fresh from Ecuador

Unfortunately, they arrived very late, which is fine as we were excited to give them a go. Still, despite this, they were as solid as a brick and completely unripe. I've still got two to try and let them ripen because the first one we tried was the most chaulky, drying intensely cucumber-esk flavour I've ever come across. It's like eating a plantain crossed with a dessicated cucumber that once saw a banana from 10km and tried to describe it to its friends. I'll wait to see how the others turn out as they are currently nestled between 10 canendish bananas to ripen them!

Supposed to taste different to normal banana. Almost no perceptible difference to me. Absolutely perfect quality, no complaints there. Just disappointed, possibly because my expectations were far too high based on others opinions and the price.

this banana so tasty that it made me have a heart attack and almost die.
