it works great with my Premium Enema bag. In fact I bought a 4 quart bag with the Premium enema replacement hose and their long tip did not fit in tight after the backflow valve. About halfway to three quarters of the way through even the small 2 quart bag it would pop off and water would be coming out of the nozzle from me (YUCK!) and bag, making a mess.This slightly larger nozzle fits in the tube snug, of course it is slightly larger diameter. I only use silicone lube so this plastic is perfect, so many others are made out of silicone so it would melt with that lube.It is also two nozzles for less than the Premium enema price of about $7 for one long one. It is also much more smooth overall though the seam on the one that came with the bag was basically only visible in bright light, and not sharp in any way. This has no seam. I don't use the small one but when your trying to fit 5 quarts into your colon you want the longest one! I started taking a statin that gives me constipation so once a week I "flood and evacuate" the premises. The small one looks flawless to me. I definitely got my $5.65 out of it. It cleans up well too but I am not fanatic about clean nozzles like some people. It isn't sharp in any way to cause a puncture and within 5 minutes after the bag empties 2 to 5 quarts of feces and water is coming out, so cleanliness isn't my biggest worry.Do yourself a favor and NEVER share a nozzle, because the bacteria in your gut might make the other person deathly ill or theirs make you ill.

I purchased the two enema nozzles which is precisely what I needed as my old one had perished. They are well made and appear to be durable and will get the job done.

These nozzles are supposed to be sanitized and clean. Nozzles came with black soot looking stuff on them. The short enema tool wasn’t as bad so I boiled it and sanitized it myself before but will not order from this distributor again. Find another supplier!!!!!

I buy this enema tip regularly to replace the tapered, flexible one that comes with most silicone enema bag kits.Why, you ask?Because those flexible, tapered, fancy-looking tips all have an evil chad of plastic near the opening/nozzle hole. That sharp little chad of wickedness will snag your tender rectum when you pull it out. Over time, it gets worse and worse. If you are susceptible to hemorrhoids, you know the fear. That's exactly what happens. You will be in serious pain.This "straight -in" tip looks more difficult to use, but it's not. It slips in easily and it's not at all uncomfortable.I've never had a problem with this tip connecting to any of the silicone hoses from any brand of enema bag so far. Just pull the other one off and push the silicone hose end around the connection point of this tip. The first time I did this, I was scared it was gonna leak. That was silly. Nothing has ever leaked. It looked a little loose and I was unfamiliar with how well the silicone tubing seals. Don't worry, be happy.

This is a good set to have on hand. It is high quality and works great! I keep the short one as backup but primarily use the longer one. I have little to no uses with it. I'm glad I'm able to purchase this as prime offer. Otherwise, I'd have to pay shipping which can be costly.

Sometime ago I purchased the Faultless rectal syringe (still sold here at Amazon), and then lost the plastic tip. These nozzles from Soulgenie saved me a few bucks over having to buy a whole new kit. The short nozzle was the only one I needed. It's a little larger than what came with the Faultless syringe, but the bulb is pliable enough that I can make it fit. As others have noted, while the quality is good, the plastic is a bit harder and not as pliable as I would like. But otherwise, a good value.
