Fresh but lacks flavour
Previously I bought an Earl Grey tea from a different producer and at first found the flavour and scent a little overwhelming. However I must have become used to it, as now I feel this well known brand tea lacks flavour and I have gone back to ordering the previous one.The one advantage this one has is that the 500g comes in four different packets so might help to keep it fresh.

What more can you say, than that it is cheaper than buying it through the Twinings website, where they charge a premium for delivering to island locations, such as here in Shetland.

Customer service was outstanding when I had questions about the product.
We suggest... Use on heaped teaspoon per person and pour on boiling water. Leave the tea to brew for two to four minutes, or until you think it's ready. Then drink it black or with a drop of milk.
