Same as "man's" President reel
Everything on this reel, save spool color, is the same as the President I got for Xmas and I got it for my wife to easily tell our reels apart when not on a rod. This is the smoothest, longest-casting reel I've used in my 40 years of fishing and outperforms more expensive ones by a good margin, I highly recommend it!

Very good reel for the price
Not just for ladies. The Pflueger President is the best spinning reel I have found after 20 years of looking for a high quality lower priced reel. I see no reason the is considered a "ladies" reel. Nice looking. Smooth operating.

Awesome reel for the price.
It's a smooth and solid reel. Quality is really good. Feels like reels twice the price.

RED, not pink
Very disappointed. It looks much more like RED, not pink. I thought maybe it was just me when I first saw it, even though it was quite distinct (think I just thought how could this be so off that it must have been me) but when my wife saw it she instantly said "that's red". It's so red that I decided to keep it for myself (the reels themselves are outstanding for the price and this one happen to be significantly cheaper than the blue and gold version at the time, otherwise I would have returned it). If looking for a red and blue reel, you found it. If looking for a pink reel for your wife/daughter/etc, keep looking.

Great value for the $$
I've been using presidents since 2014 and really liked them. The lady president is $10 cheaper than the regular. The fish don't mind the pink on the reel at all.
