Incredible. It actually works!!
I was sceptical. I’ve only had it for 3 nights but it actually works! I bought M size, fits me ok after minor adjusted to open it up slightly. For a man it goes on my right little finger 1 hour before bedtime, it’s a snug fit.I’ve only had this ring for just 3 nights using this and my Wife is delighted that it has stopped me snoring! It’s almost unbelievable to be honest, but it’s true and I am now ordering another as a spare. Remarkable!

Impossible to use. Made of unsuitable material
The 'ring' is made of such hard material that it is impossible to shape or position it as instructed. I responded to Amazon on this, and was told that they would deal with the supplier. I didn't hear back.On Amazon's site I then keyed the 'return' tab, to which the response was 'not returnable'.Absolute rubbish. I had previously purchased a similar but suitable product from Holland and Barrett, which fitted and worked reasonably well.

Too large
I measured my finger and bought what seemed the best size, but what arrived was too large.I can’t review the effectiveness of the product.

Doesn't work and painful to use
Tried this for a few weeks and it simply doesn't work. The ring I got fitted comfortably before going to bed but when you wake up in the morning, your finger does feel a little sore so it must have been doing something. Go for a smaller size and I can only imagine that it'd be a lot more painful.I've tried other types of ring too which have the bump in a different place. Same result. Also tried those nose clip things which are supposed to keep your airways clear but they're painful to use. I've been more comfortable trying to sleep atop a piano that's been pushed down a flight of steps. An alternative which works much better for me is Snore Wizard.

Well worth a try
I was a little sceptical as to whether it would work or not, but after reading a few good reviews I thought I'd try it. I think I ordered a medium but it was a bit big for me, but as they have the split in them I just squeezed it smaller. After a few nights, my other half reckon she noticed that I didn't wake her up as much with me snoring, so I can only assume that it works for me!I wore it all day sometimes, it had no off effects that I noticed. Hope this helps you all make your mind up😊For the price, I wouldn't hesitate to try it, I rate it.

Better to seek professional help from the doctor...
Hi there, like most people when I bought this I was in a desperate sleep deprived state combined with the irritability of my partner who is affected by my snoring. Often in this state we ignore the old adage "if it is too good to be true, it probably is". Waste of money, doesn't work at all. Most people have physical issues causing their snoring and should seek an ENT referral from their GP which I have done. Best wishes and good luck to you all.

No returns
Ordered wrong size as there was no measurements provided so ordered a medium. Too big. Wanted to return & replace with a small but no returns. I'm stuck with it now. I won't be buying again

Works fairly consistently
I bought this ring, like many others, with some degree of scepticism. After a week all seemed well and the snoring was much reduced. Now three months later it seems that this ring is quite effective. There has only been an odd occasion when it hasn't. It gets a big thumbs up from me.The downside of it is that the lovely shiny silver coating of the new ring soon wears off and it is shows through as a coppery bronze colour. Added to this in hot weather when I sweat at night my finger has sometimes been discoloured in the morning. Not a permanent mark but definitely takes some shifting. Don't want to keep paying for a new one regularly so I put up with that problem quite happily.Definitely worth a try if you are in doubt, but for me it was certainly worth it.
