Does the trick.
No male wants the top of his nose hairy (not inside, like on the outside). So from the perspective of getting rid of those clumpy black hairs I decided to try this. Firstly I tried plucking but was a bit of a pain and a long process, followed by loads of sneezing. So found these strips, now being a typical wus of a male, it did come sharp but was done all in one go and had a good few months before the next show of black hairs. So if your using them for for that purpose I'd recommend, for anything else I'm not sure. But for the price tbey are worth a try.

Why did I wait so many years to try this? It’s so much easier!
I had put off waxing my top lip til the grand age of 37 and had previously bleached my upper lip hair before getting fed up of constantly trying to hide the fuzz, be it it’s natural blackish brown or its bleached blonde state. I went for the sensitive version of the strips as it was my first time and I had been known to blister when getting my eyebrows waxed previously. These were recommended by a friend and I would recommend them also. They were easy to apply - just read and follow the instructions on the box. My partner did do the quick rip off for me whilst I held my skin taught. I’d recommend to apply the calming solution swiftly if a newbie as it does sting and then burn a little after. It’s been an hour now and is starting to tingle a little less and is calming down now. This was my first time but I think this is so much easier than all the other solutions like bleaching and would recommend these strips. Make sure you rub them on properly, don’t leave too long, and then you can use the strip again for any left over stranded hairs. I am impressed with them.

Quick and easy but lacking in what's supplied
They do work.. Hurts but not as much as I expected. I've noticed a lot of people wrote in their reviews that they only received 10 not 20.. I also thought this upon 1st inspection but it is in fact 20 strips as each one is actually 2 stuck together. You peel them apart and then use both to apply to either sides of your upper lip. This is a bit sneaky of veet.. They advertise as 20 strips which technically it is, but thus leads you to assume you're getting 20 uses... But no.. You are getting 10 uses as you need to use 2 each time as they have deliberately made the the strips slightly too short to cover your whole upper lip so you end up using both.. You would also need to use both anyways due to the fact that Ince you peel the 2 apart.. You're left with no where to store the second one. My other issue with this product is that you are only supplied with 5 wipes to remove the wax after use.. Even with the 10 uses from the 20 strips... There's just not enough wipes supplied.. Unless your expected to tear it in half and store in back in the pack which would be unhygienic and would dry out.. So bit rubbish in that aspect..They were reasonably priced and did the job with ease and didn't cause any irritation and I'm left with a smooth top lip. Just a few not very well thought out aspects as I mentioned. Im not sure if I would buy again, it may work out cheaper to buy some wax, strips, spatulas and after use oil as would get more uses and atleast enough remover for after, just a little bit more effort I suppose.. So if you're after quick and easy buy this, but buy an extra pack of wipes as not enough supplied.

They work
I sometimes get dry skin so I try avoid using these when my skin is dry and I always moisturise afterwards to prevent lasting redness (I do get slight redness that disappears after a couple minutes)The come with handy little wipes to get the wax off but I wish they included more because half way through the box I ran out however I usually only use a quarter of a strip at a time ( I cut them in half then after I peel it I use one bit and sit the other open part away to keep it from losing its stick)There’s definitely cheaper brands but with these they work well and don’t leave many straysYou might want to use some oil to get rid of excess wax if you run out of the wipes

Great for sensitive skin!
Used these for my eyebrows and upper lip are. These are fantastic, i have highly sensitive and reactive skin and tend to get rashes when i shave or break outs and irritated skin when i thread. These are really easy to use, if you don’t want to heat them up in the microwave or rub them between your hands for ages a good way to warm up the wax is by directing the heat from your hairdryer onto the wax strip (unopened). I have my hairdryer on the highest heat setting and it has the wax ready to use in 10 seconds. I just wish i had more of the special little wipes to remove any wax residue, as i often only use 1 strip at a time as i’m doing small areas and i find both sides of the wax strips to cover a lot of ground. This product also smells great! Smells like drumstick lollys! Hope this review was helpful!

First time home wax user - would not recommend
I regularly have my eyebrows and upper lips waxed at a salon, and I’m not afraid of the pain from it, but I thought I’d save some money and time by doing my upper lip at home. These were absolutely useless! I followed the instructions, put it on the correct way, smoothed it down in the correct direction plenty of times, pulled it sharply against the hair as instructed and nothing. I barely pulled out a single hair, and yet was left with sticky wax all over me. Took forever to get it off, had to use lots of soap and water. The after wax wipe thingys are a load of rubbish, and you don’t even get enough wipes for each time anyway 🤷🏻♀️I really would suggest you don’t waste your money. I’m off to see what else I can find!(For reference I am 30 something, white female with dark hair and polycystic ovaries so my hair is thick and everywhere )
