I've given this 4 stars based on service as I've only started taking them I can't make a fair comment on whether they work or not. The capsules do smell slightly as others have said, but this is no different to seluim tabs I've taken. Their customer service was good, the tablets were well packaged. I'm glad I bought them (at present), and it was nice that the company added their list of products, as it was quite extensive

I have suffered extreme pain from osteo-arthritis in my fingers for several years. The "treatments" suggested by my GP were, to say the least, extremely aggressive.Having searched online, I found that NAC had proven effective in reducing arthritic pain in many cases so, with nothing to lose, I decided to order this product.The results have been amazing. Whilst I still suffer occasional slight pain, the agonising pain of the past has gone.And the price for this product is almost a quarter of that charged by the "health food" stores.I thoroughly recommend Hellenia N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine capsules if you are, like me, an osteo-arthritis sufferer.

take with plenty of water. if you burp it up as i did eek!!!! i was told by my dermatologist that it can be used for obsessive compulsive disorders. in my case self picking of spots onmy face following a serious infection 3 years ago caused be a medication. i dont know what this is meant to do. i just biought to suck and see but dont suck it! i have read that they use this for people who have OD on paracetamol except it is used in a higher dose. it is reported when the patient blurppps everywhere it is similar to what i discribed earlier if you burp.. The price is good so i will be using this company again if there is an improvement at my next appointment. early days. I have not put 5* as i need to give it a go and see what the results are at my next appointment

NAC is one of the 7 supplements I take daily for my Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). Healing a fatty liver is very slow going, I had an issue with paracetamol and lansoprazole, cutting out the former completely and changing the latter to omeprazole helped a lot but my levels were still way too high and refusing to budge anymore. NAFLD isn't treated on the NHS, they only monitor it with regular blood tests and scans when necessary. I got a book from Amazon at the end of 2017 about how to heal a fatty liver and have been taking these supplements since the beginning of 2018 every day ever since then. I don't actually feel any better but my bloodwork has improved massively since taking them and my doctor has told me that it is working so to carry on doing what I'm doing.These are capsules so easy to swallow. I couldn't detect an odour and they don't taste of anything. There are 180 capsules in this tub so will last for 6 months, which I think is really good for the price of £11.50 at the time of writing this review.

They do smell a bit weird but I’ve always been happy with the results that NAC gives me. It’s very good for clearing toxins I find. The product always arrives quickly too.
