I love the organization of the daily logs. Only thing missing or wish was different was the activity/exercise was larger so that I could keep track of my routines getting larger. But I have been able to make do with the notes section for this! I Highly recommend this for anyone who likes that “written experience” where at the end of the day you write everything out with pencil. It is that journal like experience. I am more accountable to myself.

This is a great food/exercise journal. It has everything I need to keep track of important metrics and is a nice size. I got the pocket size because I wanted to be able to easily have it in my bag while traveling. I was worried it might feel too small, but it doesn't. It feels well constructed-like it'll make it through the next 6 months just fine even while carrying it everywhere. It's also very nice looking which really wasn't a priority, but certainly makes it more pleasant to use.

Small and handy! Sometimes bigger books feel more of a chore to fill in at the end of the day and takes up more space so this size to me is perfect. Pretty book, sturdy. Has different sections and gives you three parts to keep them bookmarked. Fun to fill in, keeps you motivated! Gives you little stickers too which is a fun bonus!
