DONOT purchase unless you want to see disappointment on your kids faces.So, purchased this for our little one's bday. When, the order came it was missing the nut to hold the front wheel. When I reached out to the vendor they offered a partial refund. So, I went to a bike shop and got something.During the course of the use, in the first few weeks the front headlight part kept popping out. It seems well built, but there seems to be a design defect. We kept putting it back in its place. 2 weeks into it, one day it just popped out and the cables attached with the body of the bike broke off. So, no headlights, no ignition sound etc.My son was loving it so he kept using it without the sounds/headlight. I was still ok to keep it as I didnt want to go through the hassle of returning and getting a replacement.A little over a month after maybe the 5th week, the lever to go front/back has been hard to flip for my son, even for me. It seems stuck. Another design defect in my opinion.So, I have since been talking to Amazon, and the vendor back and forth for about 6 weeks now I guess. The vendor finally responded a few weeks ago saying -- because its outside the return window they cant do much. The best they will do is 30% return or a replacement. I asked why only 30% return, but didnt get any answer. I asked about warranty, no answer. I picked a replacement.Its been roughly 10 days since any communication from them. Worst experience so far. Amazon is just punting all my requests for a refund to the seller. And the sellers are AWOL for the most part.The bike seems well built with design flaws, but horrendous customer service.Donot purchase.

We ordered this for our son- he has been saving up from chores and we told him we would match him on what he saved to get this. It holds charge well, has a decent speed and it’s put together easily! Would highly recommend!

My four year old LOVED this motorcycle. He’s been asking for one for a year now. Only thing I wish was the battery life was longer. It gives you a good hour and that’s all. But he enjoyed every second of it. That’s all that matters.

We purchased this as a gift for our nephew. He LOVES it. He didn't want to open any other presents after getting this one. He love motorcycles and this is perfect for him.

Did have a broken piece with it but otherwise runs
