For me, the running lover is happy with the long way and clear sky. It makes me fresh and relax very much, but it will be better, if there is the item for support my energy during my happiness time. I like to try some new energetic booster items for the new tests and finding my suitable one. Until I found this one, 4 tastes in a pack! all 20 units! It’s very good for me. After using, it’s hard to refuse or forget it before I go for my running. Great!

That is the grape flavor squeezed onto a fork to Hopefully demonstrate the consistency of the gel.With that being said I switched off energy drink for the last week or so and gave these a try for my energy for the day.Now 4 stars is probably right were I put this but I can make a case to raise and lower it. The only reason Id lower this is that the flavor leaves for me personally a lot to be desired. Each one I kinda just got down to get it down. That being said I gave a few to my friend who is into all those Spartan runs and he said it taste just about the same as another gel he had tired so he doesn't care.Now why I rank it at 5 would be that it actually worked for me pretty well. This is considering I'm replacing an drink with a gel I could say my energy level stay in par with what I was doing. Honestly I guess if your looking for a better alternative to get energy this does the trick. So hopefully that explains the rating and helps make a informative decision.

It's got the requisite calories, I'll say that. But the taste and consistency is lacking when compared to Clif or GU. You do get what you pay for. If you're on a strict budget, this might be for you

Taste is okay but consistency varies. I'll stick to clif, stinger, and others going forward. Worth the extra expense.

If you’re looking for the new brand item for your exercise booster, I haverecommended this one from Royal-D Energy Gel. The item is the gel in an orange flavor for you. For me, it’s easy drinking and good taste while I am playing in a gym, and need the boost.

Of course these came at the worst time of year, right when the weather is getting too nasty for me to go on a long bike ride. I have a 30 mile route I regularly ride and plan to suck one of these down at my mid-point rest.I tried a few during short at home workouts, and the flavor isn't bad. Nothing sharp or bitter, and everything was smooth with no grit or powder. The package was easy to open and I felt like everything squeezed out without much effort and I didn't have to fight to get the last of it out. They're small enough to fit a few in the pocket of my jersey.I felt a good short burst of energy, but I'm not sure if it will really last too long. It might take a few of these to get me through a long ride, so I'll have to update this review after the winter when I'm out riding again.

Don't really recommend. But they're cheap

For the new brand, it is a great product to buy and using with your outdoor/indoor activities. 👍
