Fixed my machine
Fixed my washer that would stop agitating at random. I made sure that the lid switch wasnt the problem. I took apart the existing timer and found a couple of the metal contacts looked burned and eroded. I swapped with this part and its been working great! It said made in Mexico just like the existing one.

Right Part At The Right Price
The part arrived via Amazon Prime as promised. I installed it and it fixed the problem! My wife's washer is back to working fine now. The price on Amazon was the best price I found during my internet research. THANKS!!!

First try Damaged. Second try fell apart taking out of box.
Item received not depicted in photo. Item sent is damaged and possibly used. Threaded rod for the knob is snapped off and the plastic at the base of the threaded rob is cracked.Update: Ordered a replacement. It fell apart just taking out of the shipping bag. The electrical leaf connector fell out of the side, landing on the floor. When I slid back the metal flashing to try and put the leaf connector back in, the gear box which apparently was never crimped or held together fell apart as well, spilling more parts out.I would be amazed if these are not refurbished, used components, which isn't stated anywhere on the product description. The plastic keys that hold the electrical leaf connectors in the correct position are so worn, they don't properly seat in the stamped sheet metal, at least on the replacement part.If this can't survive being physically taken out of the shipping bag, I have no hope of it lasting in a shaking and rattling washing machine.

This is the second time I've replaced this timer; hope it lasts longer this time
It now behooves us to keep our old washing machines operating as long as possible. I have replaced this timer twice on my washing machine and the previous one lasted only two years, which is not very long at all, and it was used only moderately. Hopefully, this one will have more endurance. I will continue to fix my old washing machine as long as there are parts available for it just to spite those fools who want to force me into buying a $1500 machine that will not get your clothes clean.

cheaper than a new washer
Arrived on time. easy to install made my speed queen washer new again. Only takes about 10 minutes to replace. My washer was skipping cycles. The timer fixed it and my wife is happy' Alot cheaper than a new washer
