Showed up intact. Was mailed in a in paper mailer, so I can see how it may breaks open when dropped by the front door. I'm going to use this to descale my coffee maker

works well as I bought it for my water distiller however want to make bath bombs out of this as well...Not much of a smell so thats always a plus when you deal with a powder.

This is food grade citric acid. Simple product at a good price. The actual powder is about the consistency of table sugar or salt, so it flows easily. Packaged in the US, but who knows where the actual ingredients come from. The packaging was as follows: The paper bag in which it was contained was split open, so there was a fair amount of product within the sealed plastic bag surrounding the paper bag. Except that the plastic bag had a tear in it, which allowed product to get all over the inside of the Amazon plastic bubble envelope in which it was shipped. And just for jollies, that bubble envelope also had a split, and was leaking product. At the very least, this should be shipped in a box, not a padded envelope. Bottom line: good product, terrible packaging and sloppy shipping.

Cleared the water cooler. Left no after taste

Arrived fast. Worked way better than imagined. Used in toilet and looks good as new now.

Great citric acid for making bath bombs and a generous size.
