I have used Vofolen phone cases w/ the card holder feature for my last two iphones (6 and X) and really appreciate the design and protection. I have dropped my phone several (SEVERAL) times and each time it has protected my phone (while also providing a convenient "wallet" feature to hold my ID and credit card. Admittedly, it did break once (after a huge crash) but the way I look at it... it did its job and took the brunt of the force and left my phone intact. Replacing an inexpensive case is WAY better than replacing an expensive phone. Initially, when the case is brand new, it takes a little effort to slide the compartment open, but after a little usage, it glides smoothly (but not enough that it opens unintentionally!) I read many forums about the new wireless charging stations and their potential effect on cards stored in an iPhone case... but despite the paranoia, and even Apple's recommendation NOT to store cards inside cases while using a wireless charging station, there have been several users that claim that their cards have not been de-magnetized. So far, my cards are working just fine. I'll update my review if this changes.

Love this case. I've always carried a phone with a case that has some kind of compartment to hold my cards and a license. I used to use one by Spigen and I loved it, but they didn't make one that I liked for the iPhone X, so I went through like 5 different cases before I landed with this one. I love it. It's not too bulky and it actually fits more than 3 cards in a pinch. Sometimes I'll slip a business card into it, along with my license and 2 credit cards. I can also wireless charge it at night on a cradle I bought. But the one thing that really sold me on it is that the outer material is a little rough, meaning that it's not slippery. One of the problems I have is that I drop my phone a lot, and not because I'm clumsy (well...) but really more because the phone is so damn slippery. But because the surface is more matte finished, it's easier to grip and I rarely drop my phone now because of this.I highly recommend this case.

I’ve had this case for almost a year now and I still love it. I was a little bit nervous that it would be cheaply made (since it’s so inexpensive) but after using it for a year I have no complaints! I drop my phone often and and far (fingers crossed) it’s protected my phone. Also, I usually have 3 cards in the case and it fits them all perfectly. Very pretty colors as well. 10/10 would recommend.

I loved this case and brand for my iPhone 6 but unfortunately it’s not as good for my iPhone XS.The pros:1) relatively light (lighter than another sliding card case I tried)2) actually fits three credit cards for me3) does not interfere with wireless charging (as long as I don’t have my meta credit card in the case)4) color is true to the pictureThe one major con for me: there is excess room in the card compartment that makes it so the cards shift / rattle a little even when I put three cards in. See where my finger is, in the photo.If the inner rubber came in enough to keeps the cards snug, I would give this five stars and keep the case. Since it doesn’t do that, I’m only giving it 4 stars and I’m actually returning the case for another that seems like it’ll do the same job except the other case has a more snug fit for the cards so there’s no rattling.I’m a little sad actually because I had such a good experience with this brand and case for my iPhone 6. With my iPhone 6, I had dropped the case many times and sometimes so hard it comes apart, but I could easily snap the pieces back together. I had my iPhone 6 case for 3.5 years and loved it, and it was the only case I used from the day I got it until I upgraded my phone.

So I’m not going to lie- I drop my iPhone repeatedly. Like getting out of a tall truck, falling out of my pocket while horseback riding and bike riding. Just dropping it because I’m not even scared anymore. I’m talking daily. I should be more responsible but I blame clumsiness and Mary Jane. I have gone through I don’t even know how many of these cases over the last few years. But I tell you what- MY PHONE NEVER BREAKS. After the five hundredth fall of the year the actual plastic on the card holder breaks. Countless expensive Otter Box cases? The case is fine the phone is not. As long as this thing keeps protecting my phone from my daily chaos I will gladly pay $9.99 over and over again to replace it versus paying the absurd amount of money to replace my screen on overpriced Apple phones. Added bonus? It fits my debit card and ID and I haven’t carried a purse in like three years. 5 out of 5 would recommend.

I don’t know how much protection it will provide in the event of a fall, but I love this case. I had a bulky wallet holder attached to my old phone and this is so much better and smaller. Loving it so far

First case cracked. Thus, the need to buy a replacement. I like the storage compartment.
