Hot Toys 1:6 Imperial Scout Trooper - Star Wars: Return of The Jedi

This was my second Hot Toys figure, and I'm sold. I've been eyeing 1/6 scale figures on and off since college, but couldn't stomach the price. Pictures show how detailed they are, but I couldn't wrap my mind around paying $200 for a toy.I bought the speeder bike combo with Christmas money from various friends and family, and I'm blown away with the quality on offer.All of the Scout Trooper's costume has been captured in this figure. The puches, the fabric undersjit and components, the dirt and green plant matter smeared across his armor plating, it's amazingly true to life.The figure is fully articulated and can be posed in lifelike ways, so you have a range of options for setting it up in a cabinet or on a shelf. The figure (both with and without the bike) include a stand to help him balance, without being overly conspicuous.Really my favorite part of this figure is the attention to minute detail. The sniper rifle, for example, is painted in a flat black. The scope less is painted in a glossy black, like glass on an actual optic would be. It's a small touch that adds so much, it's like you shrunk down a movie prop.Definite buy, but get the bike combo if you can swing the $500
