Because of Thyroid problems I was advised to take Magnesium but was having trouble swallowing capsules, they always seem to stick in my throat. Saw these and thought I would try them, at least if I didn’t like them, they would be easier to swallow.I am really pleased I did try them as they practically melt in the mouth and the taste is pleasant. Not quite sure what the flavour is as they don’t taste like any fruit I have ever had, but that aside, they are really easy to take and at least I don’t have trouble swallowing these. As to the benefit, I can’t say I notice a change in how I feel after taking them. Personally, I don’t feel the need to take two a day.I would certainly recommend these if you are having difficulty swallowing Magnesium in capsule form, well worth a try.

Tasty and easily chewable
Liked the fruity flavour and texture. Easily able to be chewed and value for money.

Non sugar coated - much more preferable
I found these more palatable than others that I've had. There is no odour on opening the bottle, and they are not frosted in sugar as some Magnesium gummies are. So altogether more pleasant than two other types I've tried.

Great taste but…
The product has great taste, it’s easy to swallow, however, if I’m honestly speaking, I don’t feel any difference between taking those vitamins and not taking them at all.It might be individual experience, but I will definitely switch to pill version rather.

Hard to validate the claims but sharing my experience
Scientifically it's hard to verify the claims of this supplement so I can only really provide my subjective opinion.For me personally, I've found I am sleeping better (deeper) and as a gym goer trying to add some definition to my body, I feel my muscles are recovering faster than usual.It may be related to taking this supplement or you could argue that because I'm going to the gym more, I'm feeling more tired and sleeping better. Happy as always to give the product the benefit of the doubt.
