So, my understanding (from watching like 50 videos before finally tube feeding a pup) is that ideally the catheter tips would be thinner/smaller than the bladder tips on this. However, I did have a tiny fading puppy that I had to force feed and this worked perfectly. The suction was soft enough too. For the price, it is a must have.

Edit: the seller contacted me and offered me a full refund which was nice.I was very upset when I realized one of the feeding tubes was obstructed. It looked like it had been sealed shut with heat. It was extremely upsetting that I only found this out with the tube already down the puppies' throat. Luckily there was another tube, the only one that worked, and had to use the same one for all puppies.

These are great but I highly suggest you take your puppy to the vet so they can show you how to use for tube feeding. You need to be shown ( vet can mark the tube ) how far you need to insert. If not done correctly, the fluids will go into lungs instead of stomach.

The products work as intended, however the the feeding tubes are single use. Not really practical when trying to nurse a newborn puppy. After 1 hot water cleaning of the tubes, the measurement markings completely washed off and were no longer visible. I will be returning this item and looking for a longer lasting more durable product.
