Well not in this case. These hair ties have been absolutely wonderful. They stay in nice and snug without breaking or damaging my hair and I always have one because there's so many in the pack. Bright colorful, beautiful assortments to choose from.

They have saved my life for gymnastics and gym class

Overall a good value for the price. A couple lost elasticity before I could finish the gift bags. I used them to close the gift bags and the nurses are always happy to get scrunchies!
