I can't get it to stay in place
As a newborn my daughter's head is always turning to one side or the other and it really bothered my husband. I ordered this pillow to keep her head straight in the the baby swing and infant carrier. It works at first but then it starts to shift as she moves her head. It won't stay in place which is concerning when we are in the car and I can't see her (rear facing seat). I think as she grows, her head will fit the pillow better and stay put. For now, I'm using another product but keeping this one to use in a few more months.

Love it! Surprisingly perfect
I love it! At first I was unsure because it was so cheap and I wasn’t sure how to place it. But it is very supportive to my newborn and took some worry off my mind.

Too skinny
Too skinny. It works fine when our daughter is awake, as soon as she falls asleep it's pretty pointless.

Actually works!
This pillow is a must have! My daughter would always fall asleep forward and It would break my heart. I have tried 4 other neck pillows and didn’t work. This one keeps my daughter’s head up and it’s easy to put on, she looks so comfortable when she falls asleep.
