Hello, There are 60 grams in the tin which should last about 30 days if taken twice per day. There is a free bamboo spoon that comes with each order. One scoop will amount to approximately a gram, taken two times daily should cover about one month supply. Hello Colleen, The Mushroom Blend is a mixture with 19 different varieties and all portioned the same amount per. A gram is 1,000 milli-grams which would be about the size of the inclusive bamboo serving spoon. One gram serving would break down into (.019) milli-grams each variety per one gram serving.
