Q: What is the best thing to use to create a slurry on this stone?

I am not sure that making a slurry is the best way to use this stone. I have tried and the bits in the slurry are vastly coarser than the hone and scratch steel unexpectedly . There are natural stones where the use of slurry allows one stone to hone like a set of modern hones. I have started cleaning mine with a rust eraser then rub and rinse under water.

Q: Is the snow white stone part of the professional line or the super stone line etc.?

Neither, it predates the professional line but is of similar construction, basically splash and go. It is not resin base like the super stones.

Q: Does this have Diamonds mixed in?

I don’t believe them to use diamonds as the bonded abrasive. They wear relatively quickly and if there were diamonds it would be more expensive.
