Der Kundenservice von SmartInk ist super!Mein Drucker wollte nach jahrelanger Nutzung dieser Patronen die letzten einfach nicht mehr akzeptieren. Ein kurzer Chat mit dem freundlichem Service konnte das Problem innerhalb kurzer Zeit gelöst werden!Zukünftiger Kauf dieser Ersatzpatronen steht nix im Weg.Qualität und Leistung der Patronen sehr gut und kaum ein Unterschied zu den teuren Original!

Cartouches reçues comme neuve, la bleue est VIDE
J'achète régulièrement et à l'avance des cartouches de rechange, majoritairement INK, celles-ci étant considérées comme les meilleures des propositions compatibles d'AMAZON ! J'ai déjà eu quelques problèmes par le passé sur les contenances mais cette fois sur l'un des 2 paquets reçus, la bleue est complètement vide ou défectueuse ??? Devons-nous préférer accepter la proposition actuelle de HP qui pour un forfait (à partir de 5€ garantit le remplacement régulier des cartouches avant quelles ne soient vide ??? Merci de me faire savoir.ARTICLE TOTALEMENT REMBOURSE. FAIRE SAVOIR QUE CE FOURNISSEUR EST CORRECT ET LE PRODUIT PARFAIT !

Superb customer service
There was a problem with delivery when I failed to receive the cartridges despite the Amazon tracking system registering that they had been handed to the resident, credit to Amazon that they returned my money without quibble. A Smart Ink representative contacted me by email to find out why I had obtained a refund from Amazon and arranged for a delivery of the cartridges totally without charge. Throughout the process Smart Ink kept me informed, even checking with me that the next-day delivery that they had arranged had indeed taken place. The fact that the cartridges worked straight away and that they were beautifully packaged along with clear instructions was icing on the cake. Remarkable and excellent.
