I’ll admit upfront—I rarely write reviews. It’s a bad habit I’ve been meaning to break. But if I’m taking the time to write this, it’s because this product and the company behind it truly earned it.This was my first time replacing an iPhone screen, and to my surprise, everything worked flawlessly. The screen looks and feels just like the original, and installation was smooth thanks to the clear instructions.I did have an issue with the screen protector not sticking properly, which was frustrating after all the effort I put into the replacement. However, when I reached out to customer service, they responded quickly and professionally. Not only did they acknowledge the issue, but they even went the extra mile to recommend high-quality alternatives.It’s rare to find a company that values its customers this much, and it made all the difference in my experience.If you’re hesitating, don’t. The product is great, and the team behind it is even better.Highly recommend!

Placed an order for a screen replacement for my co-workers cracked IPhone 12 Pro MAX and fits perfectly with it. Functions are smooth and runs as efficient as the original Apple screen. Has the same quality as the original Apple screen and runs perfectly smooth. Easy to install as well and was durable enough to withstand pressure applied to it. Came with a screen protector and it was also easy to install the screen protector. The wipes came with the product as well although the wipes were small and hoping it was bigger for surface coverage as you wipe. Tools were not used but if you didn't have any tools to begin with then it would be recommended to use the tools that came with the product. The screen protector was easy to remove as well and it didn't need much pressure to adjust and remove it. Dust particles will get through if you are not careful with the screen protector and will wear out the adhesive under neath if adjusted too many times. Overall, has good quality and was easy to install.

Just installed it and seems OK. The screen quality is much lower quality (not retina/you can see pixels) and the Black edge around the screen is bigger than the origional. I recommend getting tools from ifixit.com and using their guide. The suction cup provided here is not strong enough to get the screen off- no way. It works and is an affordable replacement to get me through untill I get a new one in a couple months. I was happy that they included a sim injector! I’ve read a number of reviews here about the screen not lasting … we’ll see! If it gives out I’ll update here….

Update:The maker saw the review, and offered to send a replacement to see if the original had a cable flaw preventing home button operation. I have installed the replacement, and the home button is working including fingerprint recognition. Adding one star to my original review for good support follow-up. Still only 4 star due to the documentation issue (and well, doing the rather involved replacement process twice without directions wasn't ideal, but it did all work in the end).Original:The kit has a link to a website that no longer loads linked in the instructions. It also claims one will receive a email with links to current instructions, which I did not receive.I was able to install the screen using someone else’s YouTube video, but had to wing it for the backplate swap since they were talking about a replacement kit that had more so the swap was not needed. I was able to figure it out since this is far from the first time I have taken apart an iPhone but your mileage may vary.The screen works, but my home button is no longer functional and I am stuck using assistive touch and not having fingerprint reader function. I am unsure whether the problem is a fault in the supplied connections through the screen unit or if the fingerprint unit suffered damage when the screen broke. Or if there was a step in the missing directions that is specifically needed with this kit.

This is my third or fourth iPhone surgery over the years so not a pro opinion- HOWEVER, I will say this kit is decent for the price for sure NOT apple quality display- a bit dim and faded colors. Also, you have to salvage the plate from the back of old display not a big deal. Comes with all tools and nice screen protector but if you do much photography or gaming or media binging then I’d get a better screen… or a newer nicer iPhone LOL.UPDATE: seller reached out to make right any mild dissatisfaction I had promptly and persistently
