Child had water infection. Bought this along side test strips. Infection started to go. Didn't keep it up and Infection came back. Did go doctors to get meds. As child didn't take what she shouldn't have (spitting out.) I did go back to using this, and continue for a week after. So far so good. Would definitely buy again!

if you've ever had a child that suffers from recurring bladder issues such as uti's. you may be well aware that once suffered with, they often become a recurring issue.this really does seem to help. not only when your kid has a uti, but also for prevention. and to make life easier it is also pleasantly flavoured with apple and black currant.personal experience shows that a daily dose, whilst having the uti helps to clear it up quicker than other remedies. and a couple of doses a week when there isn't one, seems to give some sort of preventative measure.and at £21.84 (atow), it is quite expensive. especially seeing as children's prescriptions are free.however, if you're looking for a natural alternative to normal medication. then this is a good option.

The flavour is good so easy to take. We have not used as a preventative measure so I can’t comment on the effectiveness otherwise but I think it’s good to try to use something natural and I will Certainly try this if the need arises.

Package was a bit damaged so I am not sure if it was original. As per the product itself, didn’t help us with the urination.

I got this as a preventative measure for my kids as I do suffer from recurring water infections and know how utterly painful they can be so I think it is a great thing to have in the medicine kit. I like the fact this can be taken directly on the tongue however knowing my kids, they won't even entertain it this way so I think adding it to juice or water will be the best option for us. This is a 50g tub and the recommended dosage is 1g twice daily, so if used for just one child, this should last a good while pending if you are using as a preventative measure or to treat a problem if it arises. The expiry date on my box is the end of 2025 so has a good length of time if storing. Happy so far and would recommend it.

This is an easy product to get children to take with it being a powder it can be taken straight from the spoon or mixed with water, it has nice apple and blackcurrant flavour and much easier than trying to get them to swallow tablets/capsules.The ingredients are all natural so artificial additives or flavourings and no bulking agents either.This powder can be used for children age 3+, suitable for vegetarians and vegans and is free from all 14 of the food standards agency food allergens so is suitable for all diets.The powder can be used daily in lower amounts to help reduce the risk of a bladder infections/ UTIs or in higher amounts to help fight the infection.A great thing for your medicine cabinet, it is a bit on the pricey side but if it stops infections forming for your child/children and effectively treats an infection that has already started it’s worth every penny.

First off the flavour isn't too bad, it tastes like apple and blackcurrant which isn't a bad start, can easily be mixed in a glass of squash and wouldn't be noticed.The cost is a bit extreme considering how much is in the pack, it's quite small for the price and it would be costly if this was taken as a regular thing.The measuring spoon I am not a fan of, I am assuming you need to measure the dose on a set of scales? Which can be avoided if there was a spoon that could measure up without having to transfer powder from one place to another.Ending on a good note, I like the child lock cap and the internal seal when you open it as it can ensure its freshness.

My child started choking on this powder, the recommended dosage is 1/2tsp, she started coughing and having a hard time breathing. Also, it does nothing!!! She used it several days before this happened for urinary urgency (no uti) and it did absolutely nothing. Huge waste of money and dangerous if your child takes a breath in while taking!
