Comfortable and great use
It's great for umbilical hernia and the cotton pad is soft and comfortable. Fits all sizes! I wear it during the day while working and feel comfortable.

Very uncomfortable
I suggest not to buy this if you are fat as it gets fold completely and ends up making marks on your body and give you more pain then the one you have there is no support anywhere to keep it in shape and your fat will fold the belt and it will in the shape shown in image i uploaded. Very uncomfortable suggest not to buy at all

It's Not Universal Size as it's being Marketed
Bought it for my mother whose waist is 45 but the belt couldn't even be wrapped around her waist. They are doing false marketing by advertising it as universal size.
