Plastic mugs don’t tend to hold heat as well as their stainless steel counterparts, but this cup keeps hot drinks actually hot for two hours. The color change is dramatic, and totally fun. Love this mug, will def be getting more.

This cup is great. I love the color changing in it when it is cold.

They do change color but they don’t keep anything cold for longer than 20 minutes or so. The cups sweat pretty bad and one of the tops doesn’t have the rubber ring under the top but they do the job.I’d say more of a 2.5

I live this coffee cup. The lid is sturdy yet easy to take off. It came with a foam brush to wash it as well. I love how it changes colors once warm liquid is poured in and best of all you know how much is left in the cup do to the color. Definitely would buy as a gift for someone.

LOVE THIS CUP! I was so excited to have the opportunity to try it. The color change is gradual when you add cold liquids. (See pictures) This is usual of most color change cups, although it was kind of slow for me... I did only use three ice cubes though and the inside of the house is struggling to cool off in the Florida summer. Once the color is changed it stays that way until the liquid cools off.It feels like it has basically the same quality as the starbucks venti cups... maybe slightly less. The seam between the inner cup and the outer cup has a couple of "white" spots where I question the quality of the adhesion - but it feels solid. It should be fine if I don't drop it. I wash everything by hand anyways since my dishwasher is pretty outdated, so no concerns from that.The cup comes with this lil sponge thing that I didn't expect... I didn't really need it either since I have other water bottle brushes. It was nice they included it. There is also a little silicone or something lid plug. It makes such a tight seal with the straw it in it that no air can enter when I sip. Honestly, it amuses me when I stop sipping to let air enter the cup and there's a big bubble. This might annoy some people, so just choose to use it if you need it in that case - its easily removable (so you can wash the lid properly).Thanks Meoky for a vibrant fun cup!

Get this for how it looks, not for how it performs. The colors are really fantastic and color changing is fun. That said, it changes with hot liquid but I prefer using steel thermos for hot drinks and plastic for cold drinks. It stays warm long enough but not all day, which should be expected. The top will leak, but just a little, hence “splash-proof” only.My co-workers do give me a lot of compliments on it though.

The media could not be loaded.  Super cute! And it holds a good amount of water. It does take a couple of minutes to change color completely, but it seems to keep the color for a while. Unfortunately, it didn’t keep my drink cold very long, my ice was completely melted after an hour or so even though it’s insulated and I was inside. I can’t imagine it would keep my drink cold outside on a hot day. It’s not a huge deal to me; I don’t care if my water is ice cold. Im bummed that I can’t wash it in the dishwasher, but that is normal for color changing cups so I expected that. I love that it comes with its own cleaning sponge and a very good brush for cleaning the straw. Overall, I like it a lot and I look forward to using it everyday.Update 8/30/22: I have been using this cup for about a month now and it is kind of stuck in a faded rainbow even at room temperature. I have been hand washing and not even using ice. I don’t particularly care, but it does negate the whole color hanging aspect.

Super cute cup. Keeps liquids decently warm - not as long as i would hope but i am a slow drinker. overall i am satisfied with this purchase
