Q: I want to take this out on occasion and attach it to a park bench. How easy is it to take down, install, and adjust height?

This product requires a full assembly.

Q: Can these peiwves be sols separately? I have the pole, i just need the laptop holder

The lip that holds the laptop is not wide enough for securely holding laptop's unless in flat position.

Q: Can the system be oriented so the laptop keyboard is perfectly flat?

Yep! I bought 3 of these. One for my work laptop, one for my keyboard tray and one for my Tartarus gamepad. They have a fantastic range of motion.
