It will work on 2022 GX as well. You do have to take off plastic around steering wheel. Only pain in the butt a little is to go over the little knob that controls steering wheel adjustable. It's kind hard to take off and harder to put back up. Just adjust everything and push it little by little and it will pop it place. It's must and its worth a little effort.

This OBD2 module works flawlessly on my 2010 Lexus GX460 Base model. It folds the side view mirrors when the remote lock button is pushed (while locking the vehicle), it unfolds the side view mirrors when the remote unlock button is pushed (while unlocking the vehicle) and if you hold down the unlock button on the remote it rolls down the front and rear door windows until the button is released, leaving the vehicle unlocked with windows down. The windows roll up when you push the lock button on the remote and the mirrors fold in all in one. This will save me a from folding/unfolding the mirrors manually and on hot days I can roll down the windows to air out the car prior to entry. I deducted one star because no English instructions were provided and I had to watch a video to understand the operating instructions. For the price of this module I expect some basic instructions in English to come with it.

It was a one originally because the piece did not fit my car as described...I have a 2019 GX 460, the one I got was purportedly for all 2019-2022 models, that is not true.The connector does not go into the steering wheel of the 2019 as described, the connectors are totally different. When tried connecting directly to the OBD however it did work properly, raising my score up, but remaining reduced for the extra cost and wasted labor (that also cost me money) for getting the version I did not need.

Usually I don't review what I buy .. but this one! Let me tell ya, if you own a lexus gx460 you must buy this .. I repeat, you must buy this one or else you are messing lots of things boy .. thank you for the seller to bring those to the state so we don't have to wait 2-3 weeks to receive those from China

2016 GX460 luxury. No removing of panels or anything. Look behind the plastic covering all the way at the bottom, towards the trunk release button. Literally connect this to the available socket there and it magically works.
