Penna economica di ottima fattura. Tenete presente che funziona solo con la propria vescichetta interna , non e' possibile usarla con le cartucce d'inchiostro e ci vuole un po' di manualita' per riempirla all'80%. Vi consiglio di togliere la protezione in alluminio e premere la vescichetta partendo dalla punta verso la coda della stessa. Una ricarica dura comodamente una settimana, percio' vale la pena.4 stelle perche' non era indicata la misura del pennino, in questo caso extrafine.

Be it a knock off of Parker 51. But when i came across these “Hero” pens when at school in 1980s back in India. These were the best and among the most expensive pens school kids could own. I remember their build quality and performance was the best. One of my favourites.Fast forward to 2016 in UK.. thought i should get back into fountain pens, was spoiled with choice.. Checked out for “Hero” fountain pens… discovered that these are among the cheapest pens you could buy.. ordered a couple.. but they were really cheap and don’t remember where they ended up. Both were scratchy. Surly there are multiple manufacturers of these…Fast forward 2023…Thought i should give these another try… This time i got lucky.. just like the old days.. its a fine but a wet writer.. a bit feedbacky.. but still pleasant.. it has lost much of its roughness because of constant use.I love it and go back to it,, and every time i like it more.

worst pen ever, always dry, amazon is a real disappointment

This is the genuine product (beware of fakes on the market). This one has no leaks, the cap sits firm, and it writes smoothly. The line is close to a western fine. Because it's a dry writer, use a lubricated ink or something well-behaved like Pilot Blue Black or Monteverde Horizon Blue.Ordered in March, arrived in July. The seller was communicative in the meantime.
