Essential kitchen utensil
Aside from being fantastic at removing fried food from oil, which I believe is its primary purpose, it's useful as a general strainer too and much easier to clean than a full sized one. It's not a fine mesh strainer of course, but if you needed to for example, rinse a small portion of chopped onion for a burger or something, this would be an ideal replacement for colander or mesh strainer.Super easy to clean, cheap and does the job, would highly recommend everyone have one of these things in their kitchen.
