Printer Extension Cable USB 2.0 B Adapter Male to Female Connections 90 Degree Socket Right Angled Scanner Cord with Screw Panel Mount 0.5m

I used this to extend the USB port on the controller board of my 3D printer. The USB port is required for flashing firmware. I wold have to remove 16 screws off the bottom of the printer to access the board. I drilled a round hole and then mounted this behind it running the cable to the port on the controller board. Works great!

Beware! The picture is misleading!. I know I should have read the description, but I don't know why one would show 2 cables in the picture either. The seller knew what they were doing when they uploaded the picture showing 2 cables not 1. Fool me once

This extension cable was perfect for a mod project I was doing. The rubber body around the plug is sturdy yet easy to cut so you can modify it however you need to to fit in almost whatever enclosure you want to install it into.

Working on a Arduino project that is very tight on space and in this confined space I didn't have room to fit a standard Arduino USB cable female end and was having to remove an entire side of my project box just to upload code to my project.. that is, until I found this most epic cable. Due to this cable having the 90deg turn the female end, I was able to slip this in to the Arduino and hook the other end up to the wall I was previously removing. Alast, I have a clear and consistent way to upload my code to my project and everything fits in a really nice confined amount of space.I will be back for more of these and recommend others who are even thinking about getting this to do so.

Minus 2 stars for deception. The picture is "clever". The way the "zoomed in" pictures of the cable ends are positioned it looks like you get 2 adapters, but you only get one. I went back to the listing and, sure enough, there's no language saying this is for two. I was the victim of making a decision at-a-glance (e.g. didn't notice the nuance).I didn't bother to open the plastic bag to try out the cable because I'm returning it and paying a dollar more for a listing that says I'll get 2 cables. This cost me 2 days...I'll give the benefit of the doubt for quality since I didn't even use the cable - hence the 3 stars.

Works great, no complaints.

Does what is advertised, makes adding more printers easier with more space.

Cable is fine, but it is only one adapter, not two like in the picture.
