Easier to look after than I remember
I used to have a collection of tamagochis as a kid and have wanted one for a while so finally caved. I love her!! I named her mochiI remember them being way more needy but if you raise them right and discipline them they don't make much noise tbhShe wakes up just before 9am wanting food or cleaned up then doesn't make much noise until between 12 and 1pm then she's fine again until about 4pm and goes to sleep at 9pm at which time I turn the lights off for her to get a good sleep.Once you learn their routines they're insanely easy to look after. I'm going to get a connect version next cause I'd like to try and unlock some rare breeds and there aren't many options on this model when they age up. Takes about 3 or more days for them to turn into adults if you look after then right.I wish the website was still around, I used to play mini games and unlock gifts for my tama, you'd put a code into the device and get outfits or treats it was SO MUCH FUN!

Brings back so many memories
This brings back so many memories of when I would scream and cry if my pet died, and with the appearance being the same as the original, I feel like doing that again!! The instructions are definitely needed to jog the memory a bit, but after that the buttons are a lot easier to use. The quality is yet to be tested, and the look of it makes me think it is sturdy, and the value for money is something I need to find out too. The fun will probably never end for me now.

It was good but…
When it arrived I pulled the tab out and it flashed an egg, I waited 5 minutes and it hatched. It wanted to be fed so I tried to feed it, but the selecter button (c) didn’t work.

It’s a tamagotchi
It’s a traditional style tamagotchi. The same demanding little keyring it always was lol. I bought it know this and my daughter loves it. Easy to use, and the really good thing is it now sleeps at night until 9am so you don’t need to worry about it getting all demanding in the night (I don’t remember the 1980’s ones doing this so that’s a big upgrade)It’s a good little toy for kids wanting virtual pets
