Great additional laminate
I purchased a home laminator a few years ago. This film worked great for al my projects.

Great Product
These are absolutely great. I always used to get my professional laminating done at Kinkos stores until they ended the self service process. These sheets are just as good if not better

Quality product
Purchased this along with a Fellowes laminator to make signs for work. The sheets are easy to use and have laminated crystal clear every time so far. Haven't had a chance to test the UV resistance quality yet, but will be using them outdoors for most of the year next year.

Good for HOT laminate, but struggles with COLD laminate
Upon opening these sheets, I noticed the direction arrows right away. I assumed this was just an extra sheet that needed to be removed, but then I realized this information disappears during the laminate process. Pretty cool.My laminator does both hot and "cold" laminating. Cold laminating is still hot but just not as hot as the normal hot laminating. During the hot laminating, everything went well with the exception that on some thin paper a few waves showed up in the final product. Again, this was only with thin paper. The thickness reminds me of what you see at a school or business where they anticipate hundreds of people will be handling the piece of paper. For most home projects, I prefer 3 mil thickness as it feels better in the hand and seems to have less "wave" problems with thinner paper. For cold laminating, this is where I noticed an issue with the "disappearing" arrows and film. It seems that the temperature doesn't get hot enough to remove all of the disappearing film. A lot of the film is removed, but there is still enough left to notice especially under the right reflection. My suspicion is that most people are not using the cold laminating feature so this may not be a problem for many. I think the idea of cold laminating is to use it for documents that are sensitive to higher temperatures. You'll have to decide if this is a deal breaker for you. Although I find the arrows a nice feature, I don't really need them as I haven't had problems putting in the sheets incorrectly before.

Worth buying the name brand, I tried a cheaper knock-off brand and they didn't melt in my laminator. Went back to Fellowes as I have never had a problem with these, very strong, shiny finish and protects my materials for my classroom.

I have now wasted 40 dollars that could have been used on christmas ...
The arrows aren't disappearing for me :/ and you would think that it's because my laminator isn't hot enough, but it is. The pouch comes out wrinkled and doesn't lay flat. I have to run it through twice, so if it's hot enough to make my project come out all wrinkled then it should be hot enough to make these arrows disappear. I have now wasted 40 dollars that could have been used on christmas presents or something else. RIP
