My rabbits absolutely love this crispy long stem hay and it smells fresh. The box is slightly larger than it needs to be so the hay isn't compressed down either.

Not the best quality!
It was very straw like to the touch, definitely a more coarse batch. My piggies didn't really like it other than to burrow in it. Was disappointed so had to cancel my subscription

Wouldn't buy again
First lot of Timothy hay from this company was sweet smelling green. This second lot is hard as nails and more like straw... even the bunnies are not impressed. So on this note I wouldn't buy again as God knows what I'd expect next.
