So far very pleased with this iron. If I find that it cools down too much on things like bedding I just clip the base on, simple.

Giving it 5 stars for now. My wife loves it and we only do one or two garments at a time, a few times a week. It does two garments on one charge so perfect for us. Hate the cord while ironing.Almost 3 months in and my wife keeps saying what an amazing iron this is. I generally only iron 1 garment at a time, and it's so nice doing it without a cord.

This iron arrived next day even though not ordered Prime. It is very light so I would highly recommend for anyone with arthritic wrists/hands. Best thing about it is the water tank is made of transparent material and is easily visible so you can see how much water there is when using steam and its really easy to see when pouring water in. When using in cordless mode the iron docks onto the base unit by one connection so I am thinking not much can go wrong with this. Its a small round swivel base unit which I like. Previously I have had to throw away irons because the docking mechanism starts to fail - the 3 prongs on the iron don’t connect into the 3 sockets on the base unit. Only just returned what otherwise was a fabulous iron from another manufacturer for this very reason. The sole plate is not as good as the one on the iron I just returned. Heats up quickly when using in cordless mode. So far so good - time will tell. All in all I recommend this iron.

It's a good idea to be free of a cable, but it means that it constantly needs to be put back on its stand. I find this fiddly and awkward. The iron soon cools down so not much ironing can be done before you have to return it to it's stand. It's a good looking iron and comfortable in the hand, but I wouldn't consider buying another.

This iron is one of the worst I have ever used. On the low settings the creases in clothes remain and when the settings are changed it will immediately sticks or burns. Save your clothes and don’t buy!

Excellent iron I’ve gone through a few and this is the best one by far.
